- Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to reservation.
- Cancel by phone to request a refund: 512-321-4661 ext 0
- BRC initiated cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances = refund or rebooking to a future date (you will be contacted at least 1 day prior to your reservation).
- No-shows will be charged the full price.
- Cancellation requests by email, FB messenger, or Google will not be recognized.
